Sadao Higuchi spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

KIng's coach down at Chuckles Strenght and Conditioning was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on KIng's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Cormier working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
