Sonnen looking to score a takedown here. Einar is defending well but Sonnen drives through and ends up in Einar's guard.
Sonnen throws a big right hand that misses.
Sonnen is stalling in the full guard.
Sonnen definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Sonnen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Sonnen controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Sonnen's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Einar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sonnen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sonnen connects with a nice short shot to Einar's temple.

Sonnen uses his free foot to push down on Einar's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Einar.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Einar can do anything to dispel that myth.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sonnen softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Einar is out cold! Sonnen jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

Einar uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Colon.
Einar connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Colon walks into a left hand.
Einar uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Colon.
Colon walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Einar connects with the punch.
Colon takes one to the chin there.
Colon jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Einar tests Colon's chin there with a solid looking shot.#ROC2#Colon is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Colon gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Einar gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
