Dannis I I gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Perez to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Dannis I I wants to get back to his feet but Perez passes into half guard.

Perez decides to stand up.
Dannis I I scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Perez has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.#TD2#
Perez closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Dannis I I to the mat! Dannis I I manages to get full guard. #SUB2#
Perez drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Perez jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!#SUB#
Dannis I I isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Perez stacks Dannis I I on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Perez!#SUB2#
Perez in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Dannis I I is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
