#R1# Beckwith gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jooseppi counters with a lovely straight right hand! Jooseppi throws a jab but it's blocked by Beckwith. As Jooseppi tries to get set, Beckwith tries to push him back and clinch up but Jooseppi manages to avoid the attempt. Beckwith tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jooseppi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Jooseppi swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Beckwith looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Jooseppi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Beckwith manages to avoid it. Beckwith shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Jooseppi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Beckwith fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rudy Beckwith. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jooseppi sizes up Son with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Jooseppi misses with a right hand #CL# and Son counters by moving into the clinch. Jooseppi lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Jooseppi swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Cheese connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Jooseppi momentarily.
