Rocket uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tenacious.
Tenacious sets himself, and Rocket steps forward looking for the clinch! Tenacious avoids it this time.
Tenacious fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rocket manages to avoid it.
Rocket moves out of range as Tenacious strikes.
Rocket wants to clinch
and Rocket takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Rocket throws a sloppy head kick and Tenacious moves out of range easily.
Rocket throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tenacious's waist but Tenacious gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rocket off to one side.
Tenacious lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Rocket tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tenacious swivels and escapes.
Tenacious stuffs the takedown attempt from Rocket. Rocket gets slowly back to his feet.
Terry Tenacious has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Rocket.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rocket takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Rocket drops his hands momentarily. Tenacious doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Rocket staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Rocket doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
