#R1##TD2# Again closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Buddha's guard. Again must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Buddha is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR##SUB# Buddha is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Again doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Buddha. Buddha not doing much here.
Again has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Buddha is working away from the top position though. Buddha is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Again wants to control but Buddha is keeping busy and won't allow it. Buddha has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Buddha looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Again with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. #SUB# Buddha is trying for a kimura here. Again looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Buddha wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Siddhartha Buddha! |
