and Benoit counters with a low kick, right behind Armstrong 's knee.
Armstrong has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Benoit.
Benoit scores with a push kick.
Benoit slips under a jab from Armstrong.
Benoit is looking to counter punch.
Armstrong throws a combination that misses
and Benoit counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Armstrong thinking.
Armstrong just misses with a punch to the body.
Sloppy strikes from Armstrong. Those never looked like landing.
Armstrong falls off balance throwing a combination
and Benoit makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Armstrong lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shashi circles away quickly and effectively.

Armstrong is looking for a sweep. Shashi is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Ryan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Armstrong moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ryan tries to bum rush Armstrong with a series of wild strikes but Armstrong uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A punch combination from Armstrong misses.
Armstrong scores with a one two! Ryan had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Armstrong walks into a left hand.
Ryan scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Armstrong scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Armstrong lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ryan circles away quickly and effectively.
And Ryan tries to counter it with a takedown but Armstrong pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Armstrong throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Armstrong looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
No joy there for Ryan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Ryan is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Armstrong looks calm but he's in trouble here. Ryan gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Armstrong is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Ryan lets go of the hold and Armstrong can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Kaska gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Armstrong to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Armstrong wants to pass the guard but Kaska is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Armstrong has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
