Skafte throws the left hand but Muerto avoids the punch easily. Skafte misses with an uppercut. Muerto saw that one coming. Muerto seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Skafte swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Muerto tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Skafte manages to circle out of the way. Muerto looks to throw the jab but Skafte is out of range. Despite the aggression on Skafte's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Skafte throws a looping overhand right but Muerto ducks down to avoid it. Muerto uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Skafte. Skafte misses with a looping right. Skafte throws a lazy right hand but Muerto sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Muerto catches Skafte with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Muerto really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Stark is stalling here. Muerto is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Stark seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Muerto has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Stark is not content to let Muerto control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Muerto wants to stand but Stark has his arm trapped.
