We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ruiz smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Montoya throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

He turns his back on Montoya, trying to create some distance but Montoya rushes him, striking wildly and Ruiz goes down! The referee tackles Montoya into the cage to end the fight! Montoya is one violent man!

The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Ruiz ducks under a wild hook from Robertson. Ruiz half committed to a counter leg kick. Robertson scores with a jab. A big right from Robertson misses. Ruiz thinks about countering with a head kick. Robertson throws a poor cross that misses

Tokoro on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Tokoro crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Ruiz - the referee stops the clock and Tokoro gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Ruiz. Tokoro manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Ruiz blocks a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A lazy left from Ruiz finds it's target. Ruiz displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tokoro throws out the jab. Ruiz looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Tokoro swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Ruiz unleashes a big counter combination but Tokoro bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.#CL# Ruiz gets in close and instigates a clinch. Ruiz is trying to drag Tiger to the mat but Tiger just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Tiger has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Ruiz is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Tiger to keep the fight standing. Tiger has Ruiz pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Ruiz manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Ruiz is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Goldberg stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ruiz swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ruiz is trying to keep Goldberg in close.
#SUB# Goldberg content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Ruiz has locked up a guillotine!
