#R1# Grant throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Grant lands with a slapping head kick. Grant misses with a takedown attempt - Jenkins sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Jenkins is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Grant really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#CL2# Jenkins gets a clinch. Grant jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jenkins walks away with a smile on his face. Grant gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. #CL2# Jenkins fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Grant, pushing him back against the cage. Grant changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Jenkins fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for KJ Grant. That's going to take a lot out of him.#CL2# Jenkins closes the distance and clinches. Grant tries to pull guard but Jenkins holds him up against the cage and eventually Grant drops back down to his feet.
Nice elbow from Jenkins. #CUT2#It looks like KJ Grant has been cut. Grant is working for takedown but Jenkins is calmly controlling the position for now. Jenkins tries to land knees in the clinch but Grant avoids the damage to the body. Jenkins gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Grant takes an elbow to the temple. #CUT2#KJ Grant's cut is getting worse. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jenkins creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Grant's defenses. #T1# Grant tries to pull guard but Jenkins won't allow it.
Jenkins is working Grant over with knees. Oh, he's thrown a big one to the head! Grant is out! One big shot and it's all over!
