It looked like Luciano was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Luciano is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Banner.
Banner throws a shot from downtown. Luciano moves away and avoids it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Banner's coach down at Monkey Business was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Banner's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Banner ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Smiff moves away.
As Banner tries to get set, Smiff tries to push him back and clinch up but Banner manages to avoid the attempt.
Smiff moves in looking to clinch but Banner pushes him off.
Banner keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Smiff.

Smiff escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Banner gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Smiff has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
