Burrell darts in looking for a takedown but Marcos gets double underhooks and turns Burrell into the ropes.
Burrell drops down looking for an ankle pick but Marcos pulls his leg out and moves away.
Burrell misses with a wild combination.
Marcos now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Burrell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Marcos swats him away and circles back towards the center. #TD2#
Marcos decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.#SUB2#

Marcos wants to free his trapped foot but Burrell is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Burrell has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Marcos is working away from the top position though.
Marcos seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Burrell does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Marcos lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Burrell quite badly. Burrell pulls Marcos in close trying to recover. Marcos postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Burrell on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Burrell doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
