Griscti is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. #SU2#
Adams gets to his feet - Griscti follows without any prompting.
A looping hook to the body misses from Griscti. Adams does a little dance to reset his feet.
Griscti scores with a punch to the head.
Griscti tries to close the distance and clinch up but Adams swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Adams takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Griscti tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Griscti is trying to escape back to his feet but Adams uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Griscti scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Adams postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Griscti to stand up.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Cikku Griscti will probably get the nod.

Griscti lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Cikku Griscti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Adams's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Griscti connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Adams scrambles back to his feet.
Justin Adams is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Griscti bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Adams's head backwards.
Griscti tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Adams was well out of range. Poor timing from Griscti.
Griscti connects with a right hand. Adams shakes it off.

Griscti fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Adams looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Adams is still on wobbly legs! Can Griscti finish him?
Griscti drops Adams with a straight right hand, right on the button! Griscti follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Vasilescu pushes a forearm under Griscti's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Griscti is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
