#R1# Custer scores with a push kick. Mbembe looks for a takedown but Custer sprawls well. Custer lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Custer scores with a spinning back kick! Jesse Custer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mbembe has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Custer. Custer tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Custer throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Custer has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Custer lands a nice looking kick to the body. Mbembe takes a step back to recover. Mbembe looks winded! Custer cracks Mbembe with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Custer lands a leg kick that knocks Mbembe off balance momentarily. This has been an exciting period of action! Custer cracks Mbembe with a right hand to the side of the head. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Mbembe crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Custer - the referee stops the clock and Mbembe gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Custer. Mbembe manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. That kick from Custer tenderised Mbembe's leg. Mbembe is trying to keep his angry face on. Custer throws a nice inside leg kick. #T1##KD# Custer lands a big uppercut and Mbembe crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Mbembe looks OK. Custer waves Mbembe back to his feet!#ROC#Mbembe is rocked! Custer throws a powerful right kick. Mbembe tried to block low but the kick was high! Mbembe was taken right off of his feet! Custer jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!

#R1# Murdok scores with a one two! Mbembe had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. #TD# Mbembe shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Murdok napping and manages to drive through into side control! Mbembe controls the position. Mbembe has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Murdok wants to control but Mbembe postures up. Murdok is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Mbembe trying to control the action but Murdok is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mbembe is really struggling to control Murdok but he's trying to hold on to the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T1##SUB# Mbembe working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. #SUB# Mbembe wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Murdok, who protects the arm well. #SUB# Mbembe tries for a kimura but Murdok is defending well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T2##SUB# Mbembe working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. #SUB# Mbembe looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. #SUB# Mbembe has hold of Murdok's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Murdok seems comfortable defending it but Mbembe has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Murdok is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Murdok is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Mbembe couldn't care less - he's delighted!

#R1# Mbembe shoots in and drives through. Hood sprawls well. Mbembe tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hood defends well and Mbembe ends up having to push Hood into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Hood digs a good body shot into Mbembe's ribs. Mbembe fails with the takedown#CL# and Hood moves into the clinch. Felix Hood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raphina Mbembe. Mbembe wants a takedown.

Hood is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Mbembe is defending well for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mbembe tries to pull guard but Hood forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Mbembe can't get the takedown.

Mbembe jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hood walks away with a smile on his face. Mbembe gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. #CL# Hood pushes Mbembe up against the cage in a clinch. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Hood. With the fighters up against the cage, Hood throws an elbow but misses. Hood is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Mbembe is defending well for now. Mbembe jumps guard but Hood turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. #TD2# Mbembe has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Hood is trying to keep an underhook but Mbembe manages to get the takedown into half guard.#T2# Hood looks like he's trying to stand up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hood knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mbembe on the ground. Mbembe wants to pass the guard but Hood is defending well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hood looks like he's trying to stand up.
