#R1# Fobbs throws a body shot but no joy. Melton fails miserably with a takedown attempt.#CL2# Melton pushes Fobbs up against the ropes in a clinch. Melton taking a breather. Fobbs tries to break free but Melton pushes him back against the ropes.#BC# Fobbs pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.#TD2# Melton gets the takedown into side control. Melton creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Fobbs sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Fobbs is looking for a sweep. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fobbs is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Melton off and has taken his back! Melton trying to get back to his feet but Fobbs is in full control for now. Fobbs has the hooks in. Melton is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. #T1# Fobbs gets his hands free as Melton looks to control. Fobbs wants to control but Melton is keeping busy. Melton is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Melton trying to control but not successfully. I really don't envy Melton right now.
Fobbs is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Melton up.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Fobbs controlling the positon. Fobbs tries to get the hooks in deep but Melton pushed the leg off. Fobbs gets his hands free as Melton looks to control. #T2# Fobbs slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Fobbs struggling to keep hold of the position.
Melton is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Fobbs controlling well, preventing Melton from escaping the position.
Melton covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
Melton tries to roll but Fobbs sticks to his back.
#SUB# Fobbs has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Melton! Can he survive? No! He's out! Fobbs gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.

#R1# Fobbs blocks a jab. Golortin shoots in for a takedown but Fobbs shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.#TD2# Fobbs shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Fobbs slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Golortin has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Fobbs has passed into side control.
#SUB2# Fobbs is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Golortin looks calm but he's in trouble here. Fobbs gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Golortin is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Fobbs lets go of the hold and Golortin can pop his arm back in it's socket.

#R1##TD2# Omic looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Fobbs wants to get back to his feet but Omic passes into half guard.
#REVR##SUB2# Omic seems to be working for a kimura but Fobbs defends the submission attempt. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fobbs is pressing down on Omic's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Omic trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Omic controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Omic wants to control from the top but Fobbs keeps moving. Omic controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. #T1# Fobbs is looking to stand up but Omic isn't so interested in that idea. #SUB# Fobbs looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Omic trying to control but Fobbs is working from the bottom. Omic wants to get up but he can't break Fobbs's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. #SUB2# Omic drops back looking for a leg! Fobbs is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fobbs manages to kick Omic off! Omic jumps back into Fobbs's guard. Fobbs wants to sweep but no luck. #T2# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Omic wants to control from the top but Fobbs keeps moving. #SUB2# Omic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Omic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.#SUB2# Omic drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Fobbs manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Omic has Fobbs in his guard.#REVR# Fobbs postures up.
#T3# Fobbs trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Fobbs really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#SUB2# Omic is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
