The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slaughter stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jacks swivels though and keeps the full guard. #ES#
Jacks kicks Slaughter off and gets to his feet.
Slaughter looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Jacks manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Slaughter keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Zono fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jacks, pushing him back against the cage.

Jacks has hold of one of Zono's legs. Zono is fighting the takedown attempt but Jacks gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Zono has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Jacks has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Zono misses with some punches.

Jacks breaks from the clinch.
Jacks wants to clinch.
Zono tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Jacks lets loose with a powerful body kick. Zono will feel that in the morning.
Jacks will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jacks plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Zono to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Zono just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
