We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.#CL2#
Dux gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Pierce could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Dux lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Pierce.

Still in the clinch, Dux scores with a nice short uppercut.

and Pierce counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Summers tries to kick Pierce off in order to stand up. Pierce Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Summers is trying to get back to his feet.#SUB2#
Pierce tries for a kimura but Summers is defending well. #SUB2#
Pierce tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pierce has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Pierce has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Summers can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Summers wants to stand and escape but instead Pierce has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. #REVB#

Pierce drops back looking for a leg! Summers is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Summers manages to kick Pierce off! Pierce jumps back into Summers's guard.
Summers wants to stand up but Pierce is controlling him. #T4#
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Summers knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pierce on the ground.#SUB2#
Pierce thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Pierce drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pierce jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Summers wants to stand up but Pierce is controlling him.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Pierce blocks a head kick by Bosu.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bosu looks to land a combination but Pierce avoids it well.
Pierce feinted with a counter takedown.
