Brooks is trying hard to land a takedown here. Smif sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Brooks changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smif tries to avoid it but Brooks manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smif to the ground. Smif escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Brooks seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Garth Brooks. That's going to take a lot out of him.
