Jennings fakes the body blow, causing Monster to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Monster goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

#R1##CL# Lester gets in close and instigates a clinch. #TD# Lester pulls guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lester pulls Monster in to control the position. Lester bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Monster's guard. #REVR# Lester lands a couple of digs. Monster is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.#SU# Lester decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Monster, up you get! #TD# Monster gets caught napping as Lester dives in and scores a takedown. Monster manages to retain guard. Lester working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. #ROC#Monster is rocked! Lester arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Monster's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Khan takes a step backwards and waves Monster back to his feet - he wants the finish!#ROC2#Monster is rocked!#CUT2#It looks like Tre Monster has been cut. Khan and Monster are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Khan throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Monster into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Khan knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

#R1# Lester keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.#TD2# Lester shoots in and gets a takedown into Monster's guard. Lester is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. It looks like Lester might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Lester passes into half guard. Lester drops an elbow to the side of Monster's head. #SUB2# Lester has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Monster defend it? Lester steps over the head and cranks it - Monster is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Lester!

#R1##TD# Rotiz feints and as Monster raises his hands in defense, Rotiz changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Monster has momentary wrist control but Rotiz slips an elbow through the middle.#ROC#Monster is rocked! Rotiz loads up on a big left hand. Monster felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Rotiz looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Monster can't hide his disappointment, as Rotiz celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Toti Rotiz! Toti Rotiz was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed. |

#R1# A decent looking cross lands there for Fobbs. Good shot there by Fobbs.#ROC#Monster is rocked! Monster is aggressively charging in as Fobbs backs up avoiding any damage. Fobbs tosses out a jab and Monster runs right into it face first! Monster is out cold! Fobbs dropped down on all fours and is barking in Monster's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ferris Fobbs! Ferris Fobbs decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well. |

#R1##TD# Hent throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Monster was covering up waiting for the punch and Hent finishes the takedown easily into guard. #SUB# Hent thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Hent advances position into side control!#SUB# Hent has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Monster is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Hent yanks on the arm and Monster is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Hent.

#TD2# Xin drives through with a takedown into guard. Xin won't allow Monster to sweep him here. Xin advances to half guard. Xin trying to control the pace. Xin working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Monster tries to roll over but Xin keeps him under control.#T1# Xin moves nicely into side control. Xin is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Monster's shoulder. That is not cool. Monster gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Xin scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Monster?
Xin controlling his opponent. Xin with the ground and pound from mount. Xin pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.#ROC2#Monster is rocked! A big strike lands for Xin! That's really hurt Monster and he's turned his back - Xin keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Xin jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
