Marshall drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Dragon has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Marshall has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Dragon tries to score a body lock takedown but Marshall shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Tevi Marshall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Paladin Dragon.

Ragnarsen throws out a powerful jab.
Ragnarsen misses with a few strikes there.
Dragon walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Dragon has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Dragon there as he acknowledges the shot.#CL2#

Dragon tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ewan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dragon somewhat.

Ewan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dragon stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like Dragon might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
