Press should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Press misses with a takedown attempt - Liam sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Liam drops down looking for a counter takedown but Press sprawls and moves away.#TD#
Liam closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Press quickly recovers to half guard.
Liam is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
