We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Justen wants to sweep here but Draski controlling him for the moment. Draski controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. #SUB# Justen working for a triangle but Draski defends it easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sloppy strikes there by Draski. Draski working away. Justen is sneaking out the side here. Justen seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Justen keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nicholas.#CL# Justen moves into range and clinches up with Nicholas.#BC2# Nicholas pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Justen tries to clinch up and Nicholas counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Justen tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nicholas sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Justen somewhat. Nicholas circles away from the clinch attempt.
We've been informed that Nicholas has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice body punch from Nicholas. Justen lands a high kick!

A quality knockout there for Nicholas.

#R1# Justen moves in looking to clinch but Moder pushes him off. A low kick from Moder is predictable there and Justen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Justen ducks under a wild hook from Moder. A looping hook to the body misses from Moder. Justen does a little dance to reset his feet. Moder has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Bronk´s GYM in the buildup to the fight. Justen connects with a nice looking jab.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Moder. Justen fails with the takedown and Moder counters with a nice uppercut. Justen shoots in for a takedown but Moder shows good takedown defense. It looked like Moder was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Justen.#CL# Moder clinches up against the cage. Moder creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Moder lands an elbow that stopped Justen in his tracks for a moment. Justen drops down looking for an ankle pick but Moder pulls his leg out and moves away.

Barrels seems to have got his legs back now. Justen wants to pass the guard but Barrels is keeping the position. Barrels trying to control the position here. Justen tries to free his leg and advance position but Barrels is retaining full guard. Justen preventing the sweep. Barrels not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
