He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Borschtinski! Lu trying to control the position but Borschtinski is working away. Borschtinski is looking to reverse the position. Borschtinski is being controlled here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Borschtinski taking punishment in the form of punches.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Borschtinski wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land. Lu tries to get to his feet but Borschtinski is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with Lu in his guard. Borschtinski lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVR# Lu has control of Borschtinski's left arm, preventing Borschtinski from doing any damage. #T2# Borschtinski looking to pass the guard. That was a close second round but I would say that Vlady Borschtinski will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! #R1##CL2# Borschtinski closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Abramovich wants a takedown.
#TD# Abramovich decides to pull guard. #SUB2# Borschtinski is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Abramovich knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Borschtinski on the ground. Borschtinski prevents Abramovich from getting back to his feet. Abramovich is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Borschtinski dives into side control.
#SUB2# Borschtinski is working to tighten his grip on Abramovich's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Abramovich has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Borschtinski is really squeezing tight and eventually Abramovich passes out! Borschtinski breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Borschtinski wants to control but St Petersburg is keeping busy and won't allow it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Borschtinski is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of St Petersburg's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take St Petersburg's back! St Petersburg trying to control the action but Borschtinski just sinks the hooks in. Borschtinski lands with a hammerfist to the side of St Petersburg's head. Borschtinski is hanging on to St Petersburg's back as he tries to escape.

#R1# Kopaenachoal tries to close the distance and clinch but Borschtinski swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A looping hook to the body misses from Kopaenachoal. Borschtinski does a little dance to reset his feet.#TD# Kopaenachoal closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Borschtinski quickly recovers to half guard. Borschtinski is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kopaenachoal's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kopaenachoal's back! Borschtinski is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Borschtinski gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Borschtinski gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Borschtinski apologises and we restart here on the feet.
