#R1##CL2# Love closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Parker goes for a takedown attempt but Love pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
#TD# Parker shoots in and bounces Love off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Parker chips away with some ground and pound. Love is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Love looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Parker puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Love is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Love trying to hold on to Parker's head to control him but Parker postures up.

Love on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Love keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Parker scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Parker takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Parker performing his best blanket impression for a moment. #T2# Love wants to control but Parker is keeping busy.
Parker drops an elbow to the side of Love's head. Parker winds up and cracks Love with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Parker thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Parker throwing shots but Love is blocking nicely. Love wants to get back to his feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Love working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Parker. Parker trying to control the position from guard on top but Love is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Parker postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Parker might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.#T4# Parker is working Love over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Let's see if Love can do anything to dispel that myth. Parker is looking to work some ground and pound but Love has wrist control. Parker lands a couple of decent looking shots. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Love is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Parker showed some decent athleticism there. Al Parker overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Love avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Parker. Parker has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Parker is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Parker working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Parker is nestled in close to Love, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Love has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Parker is working away from the top position though. Parker looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Love with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. #T1# Love gets back to full guard.
Parker with a flurry of punches that miss. Love controls Parker momentarily but Parker frees himself. Parker lands a couple of decent looking shots. Love wants to get back to his feet but Parker is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Parker is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Love can do to turn this around? Parker won't allow Love to sweep him here. Parker postures up in Love's guard and throws a big left but Love blocks it. Love wants to sweep but no luck. #T2# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Parker landing with the ground and pound. Parker landing with the ground and pound. Love is still in real trouble! Can Parker finish him? Parker stopping the sweep attempt from Love. Love seems to have recovered his senses.#T3# Love has momentary wrist control but Parker slips an elbow through the middle. Parker with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Parker is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Love not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.#SUB2# Love is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Parker defends well. Love is breathing heavily. Parker missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. The fight stays on the outside here - Love looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Love fails to land the takedown. Parker appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Parker keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Al Parker dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!#R3##CL2# Parker gets tackled into the cage by Love. Love maintains the clinch. Parker is working for takedown but Love is calmly controlling the position for now. Parker drops down looking for an ankle pick but Love pulls his leg out and moves away.
Love shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. An attempted straight right counter from Parker misses the target. Love dives in and grabs Parker's left leg, looking for a takedown. Parker pushes down on Love's head and hops out. A looping hook to the body misses from Love. Parker does a little dance to reset his feet. Love fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Parker tries to counter with a takedown but Love is quick to defend against it. He's hurt bad - Parker fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Love from any more punishment! Congratulations to Parker! Great finish!
