Moran shoots in but Lake avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Moran tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lake paws at him with a jab and circles away.
We've been told by Lake's head coaches at Cozad The Island that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A head kick misses from Moran.
Moran fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lake manages to avoid it.
Moran lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Moran on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
No luck for Moran with that takedown attempt.
Buddy Lake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eduardo Moran.

and Lake counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Dogg thinking.
Lake lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Lake throws a leg kick which misses Dogg's front leg but catches the back leg as Dogg tries to avoid it.
