The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Olives won't allow Brody to get back to his feet. Brody keeping moving, preventing Olives from controlling successfully. Olives controls from within his opponent's guard. Olives slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Olives wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Brody, who protects the arm well. #T1# Brody is trying to escape the position but Olives is controlling the position. #SUB2# Olives is trying to get an arm triangle but Brody is defending well. Olives moves into full mount! #SUB2# Brody defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Olives. #T2# Brody is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Olives sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Brody is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Olives controlling the position easily from mount. Olives's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.#T3# Brody is trying to escape the mount but Olives keeps good control and instead manages to take Brody's back.
Olives biding his time, controlling Brody. Brody really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#SUB2# Olives working for a choke but Brody is defending well. #T4# Brody staying busy and making it hard for Olives to control. Olives is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Olives trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.

Charlie Olives dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!#R2# Brody throws the kick towards the body but Olives avoids it. Brody sets himself, and Olives steps forward looking for the clinch! Brody avoids it this time. Jenson Brody is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Brody throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Olives sees it coming and avoids it easily. Olives is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Brody fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.#CL2# Olives instigates a clinch. Olives is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Olives fails to pull guard.
Olives jumps guard but Brody stands there with Olives around his waist. Olives gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Olives has been the more effective fighter overall so far.#TD2# Olives ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Olives no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Olives looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Brody is defending well. Olives quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Brody has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Olives celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
