Ashby throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Smith's waist but Smith gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ashby off to one side.
Smith shoots for a double leg takedown but Ashby sprawls well. He's pushed Smith's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ashby misses with a wild combination.
Smith shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ashby but Ashby pushes him off and we're back to square one.
