Davidson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
#CUT2#It looks like Paul Davidson has been cut. Davidson shoots in for a takedown but Okafor shows good takedown defense. Davidson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
An inside leg kick lands from Okafor. #CL# Davidson moves into the clinch. We've been informed that Okafor has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Okafor scores with a shot to the side of Davidson's head. Davidson is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Davidson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Okafor lands a left hand.
Davidson is trying to drag Okafor to the mat but Okafor just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. #CL2# Zaitsev fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Davidson, pushing him back against the cage. Davidson goes for a takedown attempt but Zaitsev pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
#CL2# Zaitsev forces Davidson back against the cage and clinches. Davidson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Zaitsev pulls him back up using the underhooks. #TD2# Zaitsev gets a trip takedown into half guard. Zaitsev with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Davidson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. It looks like Zaitsev might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Zaitsev looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.#T1# Davidson is breathing heavily.#REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. And that's the end of the fight! Dmitri Zaitsev comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Zaitsev has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Vale Queiroz scores with a punch to the head. Davidson fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Vale Queiroz throws a counter high kick but Davidson was just alert enough to avoid it. Vale Queiroz lands a front kick. We've been told by Vale Queiroz's head coaches at FIST OF FURY that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Davidson is defended easily by Vale Queiroz. Davidson tries for a takedown but Vale Queiroz circles away easily and Vale Queiroz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Erasmo Vale Queiroz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Davidson. Davidson looks winded! Vale Queiroz uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Davidson has time to react. An inside leg kick lands from Vale Queiroz. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Davidson fails with the takedown and Vale Queiroz counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!

Davidson shoots in looking for a takedown but Dolite manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Davidson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Dolite scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Davidson doesn't seem bothered though. Dolite wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Dolite connects with a body shot. Davidson tries for a takedown but Dolite sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paul Davidson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
