A head kick misses from Terry. Terry tries to land a leg kick but Esquilo saw it coming and moves away.
Terry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Terry shoots in looking for a takedown. Esquilo tries to sprawl out of it but Terry keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Esquilo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Terry tries to bum rush Esquilo with a series of wild strikes but Esquilo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A leg kick checked by Terry. Terry tries to counter by clinching up but Esquilo breaks away and moves out of range.#CL# Terry has managed to clinch.
Terry is trying to break free. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Terry's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. He has the arm isolated but Esquilo is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Allen controls the position. Allen seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Esquilo for as long as he can get away with. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
