and De Cremonesi counters with a really nice, stiff jab that drops Spiteri onto his ass. He'll have to take the mandatory count from the referee but he's back on his feet and he seems OK to continue.#ROC#Spiteri is rocked!#CUT#It looks like Manolito Spiteri has been cut.
Spiteri leaves his chin hanging out and De Cremonesi seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Spiteri crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
