Baird throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Spechal throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Spechal avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Baird. Spechal keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Spechal is trying to get back to full guard. Spechal is looking to control Baird's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Spechal avoid being mounted? Spechal wants to get back to his feet.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Baird holds on and takes a little breather. A frustrated look appears on Baird's face as he tries to break the clinch. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Baird.

Zakrzewski looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Baird thows a huge punch but Zakrzewski dodges it nicely.
Baird is controlling the pace.
