Hopson's corner calls for a 1-2. Hopson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Hopson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Densetsu momentarily.
Hopson scores with a nice head shot. Hopson moves away from the strike by Densetsu. #CL# Hopson moves into range and clinches up with Densetsu. Densetsu blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Hopson misses with a short punch on the inside. Hopson pushes Densetsu back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Densetsu is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. A head punch blocked on the inside by Densetsu. Hopson lands a right hand. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Densetsu's coach down at Cozad MMA St Petersburg was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Densetsu's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! #R1# Diggler walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.#TD2# Densetsu tries to sprawl but Diggler drives through with a takedown into half guard. Densetsu tries to kick Diggler off in order to stand up. Diggler Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Diggler staying calm. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Diggler advances nicely into full mount. Diggler takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Densetsu knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Diggler on the ground.#T1# Diggler scoring with strikes but Densetsu is staying in there. Densetsu is in all sorts of trouble here.
#SUB2# Diggler is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Diggler!

Moon tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Moon working Densetsu over with knees to the body. Densetsu is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Moon is keeping busy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Densetsu shoots in looking for a takedown but Moon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Densetsu's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Densetsu moves in looking to clinch but Moon pushes him off. Densetsu closes the distance looking to clinch and Moon counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. #CL2# Densetsu rushes Moon and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Moon tries to score a body lock takedown but Densetsu shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#BC2# Densetsu pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Densetsu tries to clinch but Moon moves out of range. A head kick misses from Densetsu. A looping hook to the body misses from Moon. Densetsu does a little dance to reset his feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Densetsu is defended easily by Moon. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!#TD2# Moon gets caught flat footed, as Densetsu shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

As Moon backs off Densetsu throws a huge counter combo but Moon manages to avoid it all. #CL2# Densetsu moves into the clinch.#TD# Moon pulls guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Densetsu trying to control but Moon is working from the bottom. Moon is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR# Densetsu is holding on to half guard well. Moon stops Densetsu from getting back to his feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Moon advances position into side control! Moon is looking to take a break and control but Densetsu is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Moon tries to move into full mount but can't pass Densetsu's legs. Moon is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Densetsu can do to turn this around?#T4# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Moon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Densetsu keeps working. Densetsu is looking for a sweep.#SUB# Moon tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Moon has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Moon tries to move into full mount but can't pass Densetsu's legs. Rikz Densetsu has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Rikz Moon is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Densetsu throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Rikz Moon showed his dominance in that final round. Well Moon has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
