Wahab misses with a takedown attempt - Boone sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Boone has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Wahab.
Wahab fails to land the takedown.
Boone steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Wahab.

and Boone decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Wahab's guard.
Wahab is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Wahab tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Boone smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for George Wahab. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Boone ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Boone no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Boone is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Wahab frees his head nicely. Oh but Boone has switched to an armbar! Wahab is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
