Howard Ii swats away the attempt to clinch by Carter.
Carter throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Howard Ii's head.
Carter throws a wild body kick that Howard Ii sees coming a mile off.
Jay Howard Ii seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carter goes for a double leg but Howard Ii avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Howard Ii continues to drive forward.#BC2#
Howard Ii pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.#TD2#
Howard Ii closes the distance looking for a takedown. Carter stuffs it but Howard Ii still has hold of him. Howard Ii picks Carter up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Howard Ii slams Carter to the floor and that's really hurt Carter - he doesn't know where he is! Howard Ii throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
