#R1# Gaos misses with a few strikes there.
Borisov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gaos was well out of range. Poor timing from Borisov. Gaos throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Gaos misses with a takedown and Borisov counters with a lovely shot to the body. Gaos misses with a head kick.
A lazy left from Borisov finds it's target. Borisov lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Gaos takes a swing at Borisov's ribcage but misses. Borisov scores with a body shot.
#TD# Borisov gets caught napping as Gaos dives in and scores a takedown. Borisov manages to retain guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Borisov throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Gaos wants to stand but Borisov has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Gaos really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Borisov is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVB##T1# Borisov sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Gaos defending well though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Borisov seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gaos does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Gaos wants to control but Borisov is keeping busy and won't allow it. Gaos is refusing to be controlled, as Borisov sits in half guard. Borisov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Borisov thows a huge punch but Gaos dodges it nicely.
Borisov wants to pass the guard but Gaos is defending well. Gaos keeps control of the position for the meantime. Gaos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Borisov on the ground. Gaos wants to improve his position but Borisov is controlling well.
#T2# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Borisov not landing any meaningful shots this time. Gaos is trying to get back to full guard. Borisov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gaos keeps working. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Gaos is trying to stand back up but Borisov is controlling him

Gaos misses with a takedown attempt and Borisov counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Gaos out cold! What a finish! Borisov is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
