#R1##TD# Mervin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Kreizer scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Mervin manages to mount him!
Kreizer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mervin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Mervin controlling the position easily from mount. Kreizer is desperately trying to improve his position but Mervin has a good base and remains in mount. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mervin takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Mervin landing strikes, looking to finish! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mervin controlling from mount. #T1##SU# Mervin stands up from mount. Strange move. Mervin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kreizer paws at him with a jab and circles away. Mervin tries to clinch there but Kreizer circles away.
Kreizer is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mervin sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. #TD2# Kreizer drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Mervin seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. #SUB# Mervin looking for a triangle here. Kreizer is fighting it but it looks tight! Mervin pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Kreizer is tapping out - this one is all over!
