Hopkins darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
We've been told by Hopkins's head coaches at Primal Concrete Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Hopkins digs a good body shot into Willson's ribs.
Willson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hopkins pinned against the cage. Hopkins gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hopkins is looking to reverse the position.

Hopkins tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Al Din wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Zamir Al Din.
Well Al Din has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
