Fitzpatrick takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Miller throws a head kick that misses
and Fitzpatrick counters with a nice kick to the body.
Miller turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Fitzpatrick has a takedown stuffed.
Miller throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Miller throws a series of punches but Fitzpatrick moves out of range.
Fitzpatrick fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Miller walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Fitzpatrick checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Fitzpatrick tries to clinch but Miller moves away
and Miller counters with a head kick. That will keep Fitzpatrick thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Fitzpatrick shoots in looking for a takedown but Miller manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Fitzpatrick 's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shane Fitzpatrick . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Miller misses with a double jab
and Fitzpatrick counters with a body kick that stops Miller in his tracks momentarily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
