We've been told by Cleever's head coaches at Hare of the Dog Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Cleever lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Cleever dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Voorhees stiff and motionless on the mat!

Voorhees drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks High right on the button. High goes down! Voorhees follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Voorhees gets the win via TKO!

Klanoa goes for a double leg but Voorhees avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Voorhees continues to drive forward.
Voorhees is trying to break free.
Voorhees wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Klanoa has him pressed against the cage.
Klanoa keeps control of Voorhees as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Voorhees wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch. #BC#
Klanoa breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Klanoa throws a head kick that Voorhees semi-blocks.
Klanoa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Voorhees as he jumps to the side.
Klanoa keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Voorhees.
Klanoa shoots for a double leg takedown but Voorhees sprawls well. He's pushed Klanoa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Crash Klanoa. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Voorhees looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

And Stricter tries to counter it with a takedown but Voorhees pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Stricter looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Voorhees throws a shot from downtown. Iyer moves away and avoids it.
A little feinted left hand from Iyer on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Voorhees fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Voorhees throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Iyer sees it coming and avoids it easily.#TD#
Iyer manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Voorhees on his heels. He'll look to pass Voorhees's guard now, I'm sure.

Voorhees's coach down at Hilo Workout Center was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Voorhees's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

High really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Voorhees lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens High up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Voorhees from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw High's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Voorhees drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Kong's head, knocking him out cold! Voorhees is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
