A momentary lapse in concentration from Pineapple enables Rivera to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Pineapple manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Pineapple might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Rivera content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Pineapple has momentary wrist control but Rivera slips an elbow through the middle.#SUB2#
Rivera drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Rivera as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Pineapple screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Rivera! Nice submission victory there!
