Lett keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. #TD2# Lenz pulls guard effortlessly. Lenz can't keep his opponent in guard - Lett advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Lett looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Lenz with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. #SUB# Lett is looking for a kimura but Lenz is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lett to get the leverage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lett is looking to advance position but Lenz won't allow it. Lett winds up and cracks Lenz with a swinging punch to the side of the head. #SUB# Lett is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lenz defends it well. Lett definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Lenz must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Lenz trying to control the position from guard on top but Yashchenko is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lenz preventing the sweep. Lenz postures up.
Yashchenko is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. That was a close second round but I would say that Edmond Chabazian will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Well I reckon that's a shut out for Chabazian, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Lenz shoots in for a takedown but Henry shows good takedown defense. #TD2# Henry shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lenz napping and manages to drive through into side control! Lenz stops Henry from passing to mount. Henry really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lenz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lenz manages to get back to half guard. Henry trying to control the action but Lenz is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lenz pushes Henry off looking to stand but Henry dives back in and keeps control.
