We've been told by Paul's head coaches at Mentor Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Apple has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Heikkinen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Apple creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Heikkinen with a big uppercut! Heikkinen tries to clinch up but Apple pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Heikkinen to the mat! Heikkinen covers up and Apple unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Conners tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Apple avoids it.
