Duranto misses with a wild combination.
Kalla throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Kalla takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Horrible takedown attempt by Kalla or perhaps it was just good defense by Duranto, which made it look bad.

And Kalla tries to counter it with a takedown but Duranto pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Duranto definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kalla is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Duranto has his hands clasped together but Kalla extends and breaks Duranto's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Kalla.

Duranto tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hideki swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Duranto bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hideki's head backwards.

Hideki tries to keep at a distance but Duranto has taken the fight into the clinch.
Duranto blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Hideki scores with a nice hook to the head.
Hideki swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Duranto misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Hideki pushes off an throws an elbow but Duranto leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Hideki throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Duranto tries to clinch up but Hideki pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Duranto to the mat! Duranto covers up and Hideki unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

After winning the bout, Nagatsuki Hideki thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Mak shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Duranto as he avoids it easily.
Mak throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Duranto.
Duranto wants to clinch up but Mak keeps it at a distance.
Mak lands with a kick to the temple. Duranto shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Duranto throws a solid leg kick but Mak takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Duranto.

Mak lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though. #T2#

Mak jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Duranto walks away with a smile on his face. Mak gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Duranto throws a head kick but Mak moves out of range.

and Duranto counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Mak thinking.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dim Mak.
I think Mak has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
