The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Budang, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Hopp takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hopp seems to have recovered his senses.
Hopp walks straight into a right hand from Budang - that's dropped him! Budang jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Hopp from any more punishment! Hopp complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
