#R1# Taco wants to clinch up but Cavalera keeps it at a distance.#TD2# Taco scores with a takedown into Cavalera's guard. Taco stops Cavalera from standing up. Cavalera trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Cavalera can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Taco controls the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Taco might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Taco advances position into side control!#T1# Taco just content to control the position. #SUB2# Taco thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Taco is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Cavalera will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Let's hope that Taco has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.#T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Taco is looking to take a break and control but Cavalera is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Taco controls the position. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Cavalera is not content to let Taco control the position. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Taco buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
#T3# Taco dives in and grabs Cavalera's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cavalera pushes down on Taco's head and hops out. Taco is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Taco misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Cavalera counters with a stiff right hand. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Taco. Taco tries for a takedown but Cavalera circles away easily and Cavalera counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Igor Cavalera has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Juan Taco. Taco darts in trying to clinch and Cavalera counters with a straight right hand.#T4# Taco tries to clinch up. Juan Taco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Taco tries to clinch but fails miserably and Cavalera connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Cavalera circles away from the clinch attempt and Cavalera cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Taco has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Cavalera finds it's way round the side to connect with Taco's head. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Taco shoots in but doesn't get the takedown letting Cavalera counter with a right hand. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Igor Cavalera dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.#R2# Taco fails with the takedown#KD# and Cavalera counters with a nice right hand that sends Taco toppling to the canvas! Taco scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Cavalera finish him?! Juan Taco is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Taco tries to clinch up and Cavalera counters with a stiff right hand. Taco moves in looking to clinch but Cavalera pushes him off. Taco tries for a takedown but Cavalera circles away easily and Cavalera counters with a straight right hand. Taco has his takedown stuffed and Cavalera scores with a counter punch that sends Taco to the canvas! Cavalera smells blood - he's punishing Taco with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Taco has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
