The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Stan connects with a nice short shot to Jones's temple.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stan passes into side control, despite Jones's attempt to control the position.

Stan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Samir. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

It looked like Stan wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Stan is defended easily by White.
Oh Stan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
White lands a big right hook! Stan looks hurt but is still standing! White lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Stan falls down and White dives in with a huge hammer fist! Stan's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and White runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
