#R1##TD2# Peccati feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Peccati looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Lal wants to stand but Peccati is controlling the position. Peccati slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. It looks like Peccati might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Peccati passes Lal's left leg - he's now in half guard. #R1# Lal takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.#CUT2#It looks like Tero Lal has been cut. A jab from Sparbot finds it's way through Lal's defenses. Lal swings away with a body shot that misses
and Sparbot counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Lal looks for a takedown but Sparbot sprawls well. Lal walks into a stiff left hand from Sparbot. Lal shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sparbot sprawls well. Sparbot wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lal gets slowly back to his feet. Sparbot shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lal eats them both and turns towards Sparbot to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Lal has been working on his balance at Cozad The Island, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Sparbot. Sparbot scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lal tries to close the distance and clinch but Sparbot swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. #T1# Sparbot works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.#ROC2#Lal is rocked! Sparbot's coach down at Elite Boxing Club was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Sparbot's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.#KD2# Sparbot lands a big right hand that sends Lal crashing to the mat! Sparbot stays standing though and waves Lal back to his feet! Oh Lal is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Sparbot lands with a good body shot. Nice body punch from Sparbot. This has been an exciting period of action! Sparbot fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Lal on the side of the head. Sparbot throws a monster overhand right that drops Lal! Sparbot follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

Lal's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lewis connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Lal scrambles back to his feet.#CUT2#It looks like Tero Lal has been cut. Lal tries to clinch there but Lewis circles away.
Lewis slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Lal closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Lewis connects with a body shot. Lewis lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Lewis lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Lal has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Lewis finds it's way round the side to connect with Lal's head. A jab from Lewis finds it's way through Lal's defenses. Lewis circles away from the clinch attempt and Lewis counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lewis jabs Lal to the body, keeping him at a distance. Lal on the wrong end of a nice hook. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lewis, as that shot connected.

Lal falls to his knees and Lewis doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
