Nedved sprawls well initially but Lippmaa persists and gets the takedown into half guard. #SUB2# Lippmaa is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Nedved sees it coming and defends easily. Lippmaa works his foot free and advances to mount. Nedved knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lippmaa on the ground. Lippmaa prevents Nedved from getting the reversal. Lippmaa looking to control but Nedved is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Lippmaa wants to take Nedved's back but he can't do it this time. Nedved's coaches at Tappelukerho have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Lippmaa looking for a guillotine from mount but Nedved is having none of it. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that South has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Lippmaa is trying hard to land a takedown here. South sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Lippmaa looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? South is fending him off so far but Lippmaa persists. Nope, South circles away and we're back to standing. South steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Lippmaa. South tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lippmaa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.#TD# Lippmaa drives through with a takedown into South's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.#SUB# Lippmaa drops back looking for a leg! South is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and South manages to kick Lippmaa off! #R1# Lippmaa walks into a straight right hand from Kozlov. Kozlov getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Lippmaa shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. #TD# Lippmaa shoots in and bounces Kozlov off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Kozlov keeping moving, preventing Lippmaa from controlling successfully. #SUB# Lippmaa thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. #SUB# Lippmaa drops back looking for a leg! Kozlov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kozlov manages to kick Lippmaa off! Lippmaa jumps back into Kozlov's guard. Lippmaa trying to control but Kozlov is working from the bottom. #T1##SUB# Lippmaa drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lippmaa jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Kozlov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lippmaa. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#SUB# Lippmaa drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Lippmaa seems to have locked his on tight now - Kozlov screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Lippmaa, as he picks up the win!

He's got his arms around Laird's waist but Laird gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lippmaa off to one side. #TD# Laird scores with a takedown into Lippmaa's guard. Laird has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Laird preventing the sweep. #SUB2# Laird is sitting in close to Lippmaa's body. Lippmaa has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Laird is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Laird is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Lippmaa.
