#R1# Taylor fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McNofun manages to avoid it. It looked like McNofun was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Taylor. A big left from McNofun misses. A nice side step and Taylor releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. McNofun throws a body punch but Taylor moves out of range. McNofun fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Taylor manages to avoid it. Taylor feints the counter takedown. Killjoy McNofun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Taylor misses the body punch and McNofun counters with an outside leg kick.
McNofun tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Taylor was well out of range. Poor timing from McNofun. Taylor wants to counter the offense by McNofun and move into the clinch position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Taylor moves out of range of the body kick. McNofun getting the better of the striking in that exchange.#CUT#It looks like Charles Taylor has been cut. McNofun tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Taylor was well out of range. Poor timing from McNofun. Taylor looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.#T1# Taylor takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. McNofun throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Taylor counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Taylor is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McNofun. Taylor takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
McNofun misses with a hook
enabling Taylor to counter with a crisp jab. McNofun comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. McNofun lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Taylor swings for the body but McNofun moves out of range.
#T2# A head kick from McNofun lands but Taylor takes it in his stride. Taylor ducks under a wild hook from McNofun. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! McNofun cracks a nice hook into Taylor's ribs. Taylor moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.#ROC#Taylor is rocked! McNofun lands a brutal uppercut that launches Taylor off his feet! Taylor tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

#R1##TD# Taylor fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Tate to the ground. Taylor is now in Tate's guard. Taylor with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Tate keeping moving, preventing Taylor from controlling successfully. Tate looking to control.
Tate keeping full guard, as Taylor tries to pass. #SUB2# Tate has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Taylor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Taylor trying to control the position from guard on top but Tate is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Taylor sitting in guard here, content to control. Taylor works a leg free and moves into half guard. #T1# Taylor takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Taylor prevents Tate from improving his position.#SUB2# Tate is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Taylor pulls his head out easily. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Taylor lands a nice short elbow. Taylor passes to side control. Taylor lands a nice forearm strike. Taylor working away. Taylor cracks Tate with a big right hand but Tate just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Tate is squirming around, avoiding Taylor's attempts to control the action. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Taylor with a couple of short strikes. Taylor raining down hammerfists from mount. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Taylor connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Taylor cracks Tate with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
