#R1# McNofun ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. McNofun misses with a hook. Brandt ducked under it nicely. Brandt slips under a jab. McNofun scoring well with a low kick there.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Brandt has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. McNofun scores with a nice right hand.
McNofun misses with a body kick. McNofun cracks Brandt with a good jab. McNofun is looking to clinch but Brandt is avoiding it.
A clash of legs there as Brandt blocks the low kick. Brandt changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Brandt wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from McNofun lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Brandt has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Brandt and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McNofun is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. McNofun moves forwards but Brandt connects with a nice, crisp jab. An inside leg kick from McNofun misses. McNofun is looking to clinch but Brandt is avoiding it.
